The service provides a reliable connection with varying speeds based on the selected plan. **2. Fees and Payment** Customers are billed monthly for their selected plan. Payment is due within 30 days of the billing date. Late payments may result in a late fee and suspension of service. **3. Service Availability and Reliability** We strive to maintain high availability of our service. However, maintenance and upgrades may cause temporary service interruptions. Customers will be notified in advance of planned maintenance. **4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)** Customers agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include illegal file sharing, spamming, and network interference. **5. Privacy Policy** We protect customer privacy. Data is used only for service provision and improvement and is never sold to third parties. **6. Limitation of Liability** Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. **7. Termination Policy** We may terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these terms. Customers may cancel service anytime, subject to any applicable fees. **8. Ownership of Equipment** Installations valued below R2500 remain property of AbcConnect. Upon cancellation, equipment may be removed. **9.
